These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rotoupdate.com and any related services (the "Site"), operated by Rotoupdate ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Sportsbook and daily-fantasy content is intended only for users who are 21 or older and physically located in a U.S. state where the referenced operator is licensed.

The Site links to third-party websites and displays third-party content and advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
